Itinerary
Welcome to Rwanda! Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport, our representative will assist with customs and immigration clearance. Your driver/guide will then transfer you to your hotel for a relaxing evening.
Accommodation: Mel de Colines or similar (Bed and Breakfast).
After breakfast, enjoy a guided city tour of Kigali, Rwanda’s vibrant capital. Visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial Centre to learn about the country’s poignant history and resilience. Explore cultural and historical landmarks before enjoying lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, journey to Ruhengeri, passing through the picturesque hills of Rwanda, with views of the Virunga mountain range.

Start your day with a trek to see golden monkeys in Volcanoes National Park. These playful primates, found only in the Virunga region, offer a unique and rewarding experience. After the trek, cross the Chanika border into Uganda and proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.
Accommodation: Bweza Lodge or similar (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner).
Spend an unforgettable day with mountain gorillas during a Gorilla Habituation Experience. Hike through Bwindi’s dense rainforest to observe these majestic creatures up close, spending up to four hours in their company. In the afternoon, consider optional activities such as a Batwa cultural tour, village walk, or waterfall hike.

After breakfast, journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park, renowned for its diverse ecosystems and wildlife. This park is home to over 100 mammal species and 600 bird species. Arrive in the evening and settle into your lodge.

Begin your day with an early morning game drive in the Kisenyi area, where you may spot lions, elephants, and Uganda Kobs and more. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, teeming with hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of bird species.

After breakfast, drive to Kibale Forest National Park, a haven for primates. This lush rainforest is home to 13 primate species, including chimpanzees, as well as over 355 bird species.

Track habituated chimpanzees in Kibale Forest, an exhilarating experience as you observe them in their natural habitat. In the afternoon, visit Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, known for its rich biodiversity and community tourism initiatives.

Travel to Murchison Falls National Park, stopping at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for an optional rhino tracking walking safari. Observe rhinos up close and learn about conservation efforts to restore their population in Uganda. Continue to Murchison Falls, where the Nile River plunges dramatically through a narrow gorge.

Enjoy a morning game drive across the rolling plains of Uganda’s largest national park. Spot lions, giraffes, elephants, and more. In the afternoon, take a boat cruise to the base of Murchison Falls, observing hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of wildlife along the Nile.

After breakfast transfer to Entebbe. Arrive in time for your outbound flight.
