Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival & Game Drive in Lake Manyara National Park

After pickup from your Arusha hotel at 8:00 am, your safari begins with a scenic drive across the Great Rift Valley to Lake Manyara National Park. This lush park is a hidden gem, known for its tree-climbing lions, herds of elephants, and dramatic lakeside scenery. Enjoy a full-day game drive with opportunities to spot giraffes, buffaloes, blue monkeys, hippos, and more.

Day 2: Journey to the Legendary Serengeti

After an early breakfast, journey to Serengeti National Park—home to the Great Migration. Witness the vast, rolling plains stretch endlessly before you. Along the way and within the park, spot herds of wildebeest, zebras, elephants, big cats like lions and cheetahs, and more. Enjoy a sunset game drive before checking into your tented camp.

Day 3: Morning Game Drive & Transfer to Ngorongoro

Wake up early for a magical Serengeti sunrise and morning game drive. After brunch at camp, drive to the Ngorongoro Highlands. En route, enjoy scenic views and optional stops. Arrive at the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater in time for a sundowner and settle into your camp overlooking the crater.

Day 4: Explore the Ngorongoro Crater & Return to Arusha

Descend 2,000 feet into the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera for a morning of unmatched wildlife viewing. Spot rare black rhinos, lions, elephants, hyenas, flamingos, and more. After a picnic lunch by the Hippo Pool, enjoy a short game drive and ascend the crater for your return to Arusha by 5:00 pm.
